Back Injury Prevention (Waste Management) Details

According to the National Safety Council and medical research, 70% of back problems result from degeneration of spinal discs; 20% of backaches are attributed to inflammation; 10% are due to actual back injuries and other miscellaneous causes. Practicing safe lifting at home and work and having the right attitude about safety can be effective in preventing back injuries.
